Ние сме одговорни (контролор) за податоците на нашите клиенти и нивните претставници, за податоците на лицата што нè контактираат и за записите што ја чуваат безбедноста на услугата. За податоците што клиентот ги внесува и собира во NG Metrix — за своите корисници, контакти за аларм и возачи — одговорен е клиентот; ние ги обработуваме во негово име, според Договорот за обработка на личните податоци.
2. Кои податоци обработуваме
Клиенти и корисници: назив и податоци на фирмата; име, е-пошта и улога на корисниците и објектите што ги гледаат; податоци за најава; евиденција на активностите во апликацијата; фактури и плаќања.
Прифаќање на условите: кој сопственик, кога и која верзија на Условите за користење, оваа политика и Договорот за обработка на личните податоци прифатил, од која IP адреса и од кој прелистувач.
Контакти за аларм: име, телефон и е-пошта, и запис за испратените аларми. Ги внесува клиентот; контактот не мора да има сметка.
Потврдени аларми и извештаи: име на лицето што го потврдило алармот, време и корективна мерка; имињата се печатат и во извештаите.
Возила (кога се следат): положба, брзина и време. Тоа се лични податоци на возачот, ако може да се препознае.
Сензори и уреди: температура, влажност, врата, струја, батерија и сериски број на уредот. Сами по себе не се лични податоци.
Лица што нè контактираат: име, е-пошта, телефон и содржина на пораката, кога барате демонстрација или понуда.
Безбедност: технички записи за најавите и за пристапот до услугата.
3. Зошто и по кој основ
за да ја обезбедиме услугата според договорот со клиентот (договор);
за фактурирање и сметководство (законска обврска);
за безбедноста на услугата и спречување злоупотреба, за да одговориме на Вашето барање, за доказ за прифатените услови и за заштита на нашите права (легитимен интерес).
За податоците што ги обработуваме во име на клиентот, основот и целта ги определува клиентот. Без податоците за клиентот и корисниците сметка не може да се отвори, а без Вашиот контакт не можеме да Ви одговориме. Не ги продаваме податоците, не ги користиме за реклама или профилирање и не донесуваме автоматизирани одлуки за Вас.
4. Со кого ги споделуваме
Само со давателите без кои услугата не може да работи: Amazon Web Services (хостинг, е-пошта и СМС пораки), мобилните оператори што ги пренесуваат СМС пораките и податоците од уредите, производителот на уредите (за нивно одржување и ажурирање), давателот на нашата деловна е-пошта и нашиот сметководител. Со надлежни органи — кога тоа го бара закон.
5. Каде се чуваат
Податоците се чуваат во Европската Унија, во Франкфурт (Германија). Алармите по СМС и е-пошта до примачите ги пренесуваат операторите.
6. Колку долго
податоците за клиентот и корисниците — додека трае договорот, а потоа според Условите за користење;
положбите на возилата — 90 дена, освен ако клиентот не побара друг рок;
потврдените аларми и извештаите — додека трае договорот;
евиденцијата на активностите — додека трае договорот, а потоа колку што бара законот или до застарувањето на побарувањата;
записот за прифаќањето — додека трае договорот, а потоа, и откако податоците на клиентот ќе се избришат, го чуваме како наш запис до застарувањето на побарувањата;
фактурите — колку што бараат сметководствените прописи;
пораките од лицата што нè контактираат — колку што е потребно за комуникацијата и за евентуалниот договор;
техничките записи за безбедност — до 400 дена;
резервните копии — дневните до 35 дена, месечните до 3 години; потоа се бришат автоматски.
7. Заштита
Шифрирана врска насекаде и шифрирани податоци при чувањето; одвоеност на податоците на секој клиент; пристап според улогата и објектот; заклучување на сметката по повеќе погрешни лозинки; евиденција на активностите што не може да се менува.
8. Вашите права
Имате право на пристап, исправка, бришење, ограничување на обработката, преносливост и приговор, со исклучоците што ги предвидува законот — на пример, записите што клиентот мора да ги чува по закон не се бришат пред истекот на законскиот рок.
Ако Вашите податоци во NG Metrix ги внел Вашиот работодавач или друг наш клиент, барањето упатете го до него, бидејќи тој одлучува за нив; ако стигне до нас, ќе го проследиме. Другите барања испратете ги на contact@ngsolutions.mk — одговараме без одлагање, во законските рокови.
Имате право да поднесете барање до Агенцијата за заштита на личните податоци (privacy.mk, info@privacy.mk).
9. Колачиња
Јавната страница ng-metrix.com не користи колачиња ниту алатки за следење; во прелистувачот го памети само избраниот јазик. Апликацијата користи само колачиња неопходни за најава, а прелистувачот ги памети избраниот јазик и дали сте најавени. Не користиме колачиња за аналитика или реклама.

Политиката може да ја менуваме; важи верзијата објавена на ng-metrix.com. За суштински измени ги известуваме клиентите однапред.

1. Kush është përgjegjës për të dhënat
NG Metrix (ng-metrix.com) është shërbim i NG Solutions DOOEL Shkup, rr. Vasil Gjorgov nr. 20-101, 1000 Shkup, numri tatimor (ЕДБ) 4080025631992. Kontakt për privatësinë: contact@ngsolutions.mk.
Ne jemi përgjegjës (kontrollues) për të dhënat e klientëve tanë dhe të përfaqësuesve të tyre, për të dhënat e personave që na kontaktojnë dhe për regjistrimet që e mbajnë shërbimin të sigurt. Për të dhënat që klienti i fut dhe i mbledh në NG Metrix — për përdoruesit e tij, kontaktet për alarm dhe shoferët — përgjegjës është klienti; ne i përpunojmë në emër të tij, sipas Marrëveshjes për përpunimin e të dhënave personale.
2. Cilat të dhëna përpunojmë
Klientët dhe përdoruesit: emri dhe të dhënat e firmës; emri, e-maili dhe roli i përdoruesve dhe objektet që shohin; të dhënat e hyrjes; evidenca e aktiviteteve në aplikacion; faturat dhe pagesat.
Pranimi i kushteve: cili pronar, kur dhe cilin version të Kushteve të përdorimit, të kësaj politike dhe të Marrëveshjes për përpunimin e të dhënave personale e ka pranuar, nga cila adresë IP dhe nga cili shfletues.
Kontaktet për alarm: emri, telefoni dhe e-maili, dhe regjistrimi i alarmeve të dërguara. I fut klienti; kontakti nuk ka nevojë për llogari.
Alarmet e konfirmuara dhe raportet: emri i personit që e ka konfirmuar alarmin, koha dhe masa korrigjuese; emrat shtypen edhe në raporte.
Automjetet (kur ndiqen): pozicioni, shpejtësia dhe koha. Këto janë të dhëna personale të shoferit, nëse ai mund të identifikohet.
Sensorët dhe pajisjet: temperatura, lagështia, dera, rryma, bateria dhe numri serik i pajisjes. Vetë ato nuk janë të dhëna personale.
Personat që na kontaktojnë: emri, e-maili, telefoni dhe përmbajtja e mesazhit, kur kërkoni demonstrim ose ofertë.
Siguria: regjistrime teknike për hyrjet dhe për qasjen në shërbim.
3. Pse dhe mbi çfarë baze
për ta ofruar shërbimin sipas kontratës me klientin (kontrata);
për faturim dhe kontabilitet (detyrim ligjor);
për sigurinë e shërbimit dhe parandalimin e keqpërdorimit, për t’Ju përgjigjur kërkesës Suaj, si dëshmi për kushtet e pranuara dhe për mbrojtjen e të drejtave tona (interes legjitim).
Për të dhënat që i përpunojmë në emër të klientit, bazën dhe qëllimin i përcakton klienti. Pa të dhënat e klientit dhe të përdoruesve llogaria nuk mund të hapet, ndërsa pa kontaktin Tuaj nuk mund t’Ju përgjigjemi. Nuk i shesim të dhënat, nuk i përdorim për reklama ose profilizim dhe nuk marrim vendime të automatizuara për Ju.
4. Me kë i ndajmë
Vetëm me ofruesit pa të cilët shërbimi nuk mund të punojë: Amazon Web Services (hostim, e-mail dhe SMS), operatorët celularë që i bartin mesazhet SMS dhe të dhënat e pajisjeve, prodhuesi i pajisjeve (për mirëmbajtjen dhe përditësimin e tyre), ofruesi i e-mailit tonë të punës dhe kontabilisti ynë. Me organet kompetente — kur këtë e kërkon ligji.
5. Ku ruhen
Të dhënat ruhen në Bashkimin Evropian, në Frankfurt (Gjermani). Alarmet me SMS dhe e-mail ua përcjellin marrësve operatorët.
6. Sa gjatë
të dhënat e klientit dhe të përdoruesve — për sa kohë zgjat kontrata, e pastaj sipas Kushteve të përdorimit;
pozicionet e automjeteve — 90 ditë, përveç nëse klienti kërkon afat tjetër;
alarmet e konfirmuara dhe raportet — për sa kohë zgjat kontrata;
evidenca e aktiviteteve — për sa kohë zgjat kontrata, e pastaj aq sa kërkon ligji ose deri në parashkrimin e kërkesave;
regjistrimi i pranimit — për sa kohë zgjat kontrata, e pastaj, edhe pasi të fshihen të dhënat e klientit, e ruajmë si regjistrim tonin deri në parashkrimin e kërkesave;
faturat — aq sa kërkojnë rregullat e kontabilitetit;
mesazhet e personave që na kontaktojnë — aq sa nevojitet për komunikimin dhe për kontratën e mundshme;
regjistrimet teknike të sigurisë — deri në 400 ditë;
kopjet rezervë — ato ditore deri në 35 ditë, ato mujore deri në 3 vjet; pastaj fshihen automatikisht.
7. Mbrojtja
Lidhje e enkriptuar kudo dhe të dhëna të enkriptuara gjatë ruajtjes; ndarje e të dhënave të çdo klienti; qasje sipas rolit dhe objektit; bllokim i llogarisë pas disa fjalëkalimeve të gabuara; evidencë e aktiviteteve që nuk mund të ndryshohet.
8. Të drejtat Tuaja
Keni të drejtë për qasje, korrigjim, fshirje, kufizim të përpunimit, bartshmëri dhe kundërshtim, me përjashtimet që i parashikon ligji — për shembull, regjistrimet që klienti duhet t’i mbajë sipas ligjit nuk fshihen para skadimit të afatit ligjor.
Nëse të dhënat Tuaja në NG Metrix i ka futur punëdhënësi Juaj ose një klient tjetër i yni, kërkesën dërgojeni te ai, sepse ai vendos për to; nëse arrin te ne, do t’ia përcjellim. Kërkesat e tjera dërgojini në contact@ngsolutions.mk — përgjigjemi pa vonesë, brenda afateve ligjore.

9. Cookies
Faqja publike ng-metrix.com nuk përdor cookies as mjete ndjekjeje; në shfletues mban mend vetëm gjuhën e zgjedhur. Aplikacioni përdor vetëm cookies të nevojshme për hyrje, ndërsa shfletuesi e mban mend gjuhën e zgjedhur dhe nëse jeni të kyçur. Nuk përdorim cookies për analitikë ose reklama.

Politikën mund ta ndryshojmë; vlen versioni i publikuar në ng-metrix.com. Për ndryshime thelbësore i njoftojmë klientët paraprakisht.

1. Who is responsible for the data
NG Metrix (ng-metrix.com) is a service of NG Solutions DOOEL Skopje, Vasil Gjorgov 20-101, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia, tax no. (EDB) 4080025631992. Privacy contact: contact@ngsolutions.mk.
We are responsible (controller) for the data of our customers and their representatives, of people who contact us, and for the records that keep the service secure. For the data a customer enters and collects in NG Metrix — about its users, alarm contacts and drivers — the customer is responsible; we process it on the customer's behalf under the Data Processing Agreement.
2. What data we process
Customers and users: company name and details; users' names, e-mail addresses, roles and the sites they see; sign-in data; the activity log in the app; invoices and payments.
Acceptance of the terms: which owner accepted which version of the Terms of Use, this policy and the Data Processing Agreement, when, from which IP address and which browser.
Alarm contacts: name, phone and e-mail, and a record of the alarms sent. Entered by the customer; a contact does not need an account.
Acknowledged alarms and reports: the name of the person who acknowledged an alarm, the time and the corrective action; the names are also printed in reports.
Vehicles (when tracked): position, speed and time. This is the driver's personal data where the driver can be identified.
Sensors and devices: temperature, humidity, door, mains power, battery and the device's serial number. On their own these are not personal data.
People who contact us: name, e-mail, phone and the content of the message, when you ask for a demonstration or an offer.
Security: technical records of sign-ins and of access to the service.
3. Why, and on what basis
to provide the service under the contract with the customer (contract);
for invoicing and accounting (legal obligation);
to keep the service secure and prevent misuse, to answer your request, as evidence of the accepted terms and to protect our rights (legitimate interest).
For the data we process on a customer's behalf, the customer sets the basis and the purpose. Without the customer's and users' details no account can be opened, and without your contact details we cannot answer you. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising or profiling, and make no automated decisions about you.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the providers without which the service cannot work: Amazon Web Services (hosting, e-mail and SMS), the mobile operators that carry SMS messages and device data, the device manufacturer (to maintain and update the devices), our business e-mail provider and our accountant. With the competent authorities, when the law requires it.
5. Where it is stored
Data is stored in the European Union, in Frankfurt (Germany). SMS and e-mail alarms are carried to their recipients by the operators.
6. How long
customer and user data — while the contract lasts, then as set out in the Terms of Use;
vehicle positions — 90 days, unless the customer asks for a different period;
acknowledged alarms and reports — while the contract lasts;
the activity log — while the contract lasts, then as long as the law requires or until claims are time-barred;
the acceptance record — while the contract lasts, then, also after the customer's data is deleted, we keep it as our own record until claims are time-barred;
invoices — as long as accounting rules require;
messages from people who contact us — as long as needed for the conversation and any contract;
technical security records — up to 400 days;
backups — daily ones up to 35 days, monthly ones up to 3 years; then they are deleted automatically.
7. Protection
Encrypted connections everywhere and encrypted data at rest; each customer's data kept separate; access by role and site; accounts locked after repeated wrong passwords; an activity log that cannot be changed.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, with the exceptions the law provides — for example, records a customer must keep by law are not erased before the legal period ends.
If your data was entered into NG Metrix by your employer or another customer of ours, send your request to them, because they decide about it; if it reaches us, we will pass it on. Send all other requests to contact@ngsolutions.mk — we answer without delay, within the legal time limits.
You have the right to submit a request to the Personal Data Protection Agency (privacy.mk, info@privacy.mk).
9. Cookies
The public site ng-metrix.com uses no cookies and no tracking tools; it remembers only the chosen language, in your browser. The app uses only the cookies needed to sign in, and your browser remembers the chosen language and whether you are signed in. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
10. Changes
We may change this policy; the version published on ng-metrix.com applies. We notify customers in advance of material changes.
